How appointments, cancellations and the waitlist work — in plain words.

01Appointments

Booking online confirms your chair with the barber you chose, at the time you chose. You'll see the real schedule — the times shown are the times that are open, so what you book is what you get.

Please arrive on time. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or, for tightly booked days, ask you to rebook — the barber after you has a chair too.

02Cancelling and rescheduling

Plans change. You can reschedule or cancel yourself anytime using the link on your booking confirmation, or by phone at (216) 555-0100.

Please cancel at least 4 hours before your appointment. A cancelled chair on a Friday evening or Saturday is a chair another customer wanted — last-minute cancellations and no-shows genuinely hurt a four-chair shop. Repeat no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit or stop taking online bookings from you.

03Waitlist

If your preferred time is booked, you can join the waitlist for a barber, a day and a time window. When a cancellation opens a matching chair, we offer it to customers on the list — the first to claim it gets booked, automatically.

An offer is a real opening, but it's only yours once you claim it. If you're booked and then get a waitlist offer you like, cancel your original appointment after you've confirmed the new one.

04Your booking details

Keep the confirmation you get after booking — it links to your appointment so you can view, move or cancel it. If you've been in before, your phone number pulls up your last cut, your barber and your notes, so you can book the same thing again in a couple of taps.

05Kids

We cut kids' hair from about age 6 and up, and a parent or guardian needs to stay in the shop for the appointment. Book a Kids Cut for anyone under 16.

06Pricing and services

Prices shown online are current, but services and prices can change — you'll always see the price before you confirm a booking. Every service includes a quick consultation, so if you're unsure what to ask for, just describe it and your barber will take it from there.

07The fine print

We're a barbershop, not a bank: appointments are held in good faith and this site is provided as-is. If something goes wrong with a booking — a double-booked slot, a glitch in the schedule — talk to us and we'll make it right. Ohio law governs these terms.
